DEO et PATRIA (God and Country)
For over four-hundred years, the Gaigneron family has served France in several capacities from army officers to members of the Sovereign Council of Martinique. This Blog Entry honors the commitment of those that served and gave their lives for the nation which today we call the French Republic.
It is therefore, no wonder that the motto of the combined arms of the Gaigneron-Jollimon-de Marolles and Papin du Pont families is God and Country.
